What does this mean Scouts seek truth, not being right. We don’t make decisions based on impulses or what we want to be true. We form hypotheses, make decisions, and then aggressively seek new evidence to disprove those hypotheses for next time. This requires keeping a low ego.

What does this mean

We sell software that delights end users and makes them say “wow how did I live without this feature”. We continuously sweat details that other companies wouldn’t (and probably shouldn’t) throughout our company (not just product), prototype aggressively, and preach user delight

• Dogfood our product as much as possible (to a fault 😄)
• Frequent hack weeks

What does this mean

We’ve decided to keep our team intentionally small. That means everyone on the team has a high level autonomy and is held to equally high standards. Every project is an opportunity to be excellent and earn more scope.
